Our delivery time is 3–10 days (we usually deliver sooner — this is just precautionary, in case we're really overworked). We don't have stock ready for anything. We hand pour everything on order.

We're aware these products are extremely fragile! Each and every product is securely packed by our team and the boxes are stuffed heavily to minimize the risk of breakage. However, if things do break during shipping then of course we're going to send you the product again after reviewing the proof!

Please let us know within two days of receiving your package. Our customer's satisfaction means the world to us!

At Candle with Care, we take great pride in creating delicate, handcrafted candles and décor pieces. Since our products are fragile by nature, we've updated our return and exchange process to ensure safe handling and a smoother experience for you.

If you're not satisfied with your order and wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us First: Reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order. We'll guide you through the process.
2. Safe Packaging: Pack the item securely using bubble wrap and sturdy packaging to avoid damage during transit.
3. Shipping: Ship the parcel through any trusted courier service near you. Please label the package as "FRAGILE".
4. Refund/Exchange Process: We will cover shipping charges only if the product received was damaged, broken, or incorrect. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for both shipping costs.

⚠️ We cannot process refunds or exchanges if the returned item arrives damaged due to improper packaging.

As these candles are made for decorative purposes, there's no need to make them scented. However, we do give our customers the option of adding scent — there's an additional fee for that.

Yes! We do. But since we're a really small business, we have limited moulds for everything. The bulk discount depends on how many moulds we have of that certain product. Discount may vary with the product.

We use a blend of soy and paraffin wax for our decorative candles — this ensures they remain stable and don't melt easily, even in intense heat. For candles meant to be burned, such as our scented container candles, we use 100% soy wax for a clean and natural burn.
