What’s your delivery time?
Our delivery time is 4-18 days (we usually deliver it sooner, this is just precautionary, in case we’re really overworked. we don’t have a stock ready for anything. we hand pour everything on order)
How do you ensure safe delivery, and what happens incase there’s breakage while delivering?
we’re aware these products are extremely fragile! each and every product is securely packed by our team and the boxes are stuffed heavily to minimize the risk of breakage. however, if, god forbid things do break during shipping then of course we’re going to send you the product again after reviewing the proof! please let us know within two days of receiving your package. our customer’s satisfaction means the world to us!
What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
At Candle with Care, we take great pride in creating delicate, handcrafted candles and décor pieces. Since our products are fragile by nature, we’ve updated our return and exchange process to ensure safe handling and a smoother experience for you.
If you’re not satisfied with your order and wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us First: Reach out to us within [3 days] of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. We’ll guide you through the process.
2. Safe Packaging: Pack the item securely using bubble wrap and sturdy packaging to avoid damage during transit. If you’re unsure how to pack it safely, we’re here to help!
3. Shipping: Ship the parcel through any trusted courier service near you. We can not arrange pick up ourselves as our courier doesn’t offer this service. Please ensure the package is labeled as “FRAGILE” to minimize handling risks.
4. Refund/Exchange Process: Once we receive the item in good condition, we’ll proceed with the exchange or refund. We’ll also reimburse you for the shipping cost upon receiving the courier receipt.
Please note: We cannot process refunds or exchanges if the returned item arrives damaged due to improper packaging or handling.

Why are there additional charges for making the candles scented?
As these candles are made for decorative purposes, there’s no need to make them scented. however, we do give our customers the option of them being scented, there’s an additional fee for that. Our recommendation would be to not make them scented to make sure they hold their shape and stay in good condition for a much longer time, but of course, its up to you!
Yes! we do. but since we’re a really small business, we have limited moulds for everything. the bulk discount depends on how many moulds we have of that certain product. discount might vary with the product.
